1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Time Star Puzzle (“App,” “Game,” “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App, unless a parent/guardian has provided valid consent where applicable. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian permission.
3. License and Access
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible device you own or control.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law.
- Circumvent security features or access the Service via unauthorized means.
- Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violate these rules.
5. Virtual Items and In‑App Purchases (if applicable)
The App may offer virtual items, hints, levels, cosmetic elements, ad-removal, or other IAPs. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by your platform’s refund policies or applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold. We may modify, limit, or discontinue items, features, or offers at any time.
6. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App displays advertising via Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on user choices and legal requirements. Third-party SDKs (e.g., AdMob) may collect device identifiers, IP address, coarse location, and event data for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and analytics. 7. Changes to the Service
We may update or discontinue the App or any features at any time, including maintenance or patch releases. We aim to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (including puzzles, graphics, UI, code, logos, and names) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App/IAPs in the preceding three months or (b) USD $10 (or equivalent).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated the Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your license terminates and you must stop using and delete the App.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

End‑User License Agreement

Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or changes which may modify or delete features or content. By installing updates, you consent to such changes. Updates may be required for continued use.
Third-Party Services and Ads

Open Source Components
If the App includes open source software, such components are licensed under their respective licenses. Copies of those licenses will be provided upon request.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights automatically terminate if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, cease all use and delete the App.
Export Compliance
You represent you are not located in a country or on a list where export or access is restricted by applicable laws, and you agree to comply with all export controls.

Platform Terms
If downloaded from an app store, you also agree to the store’s terms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). The app store provider is not responsible for support or warranty except as required by its policies.
